My views on this.
I feel as if Radcliffe would make the character more of a clever guy who just so happens to be good at talking himself through situations to end up on top, a character that the audience likes the entire show.
Darren Criss, however, makes the role more of a swindler. He means well, as long as he gets the best possible scenario and ends up on top. Making the audience love him in the beginning and have an actual love/hate relationship with the audience (which is the way I feel the character should be portrayed, if i were to direct it)
but i’d have love to seen Radcliffes rendition. I should talk to my sister about this, seeing as how she’ll actually be able to compare the two.
